This page says what we collect through this site, what we do with it and how to have it removed.

Who We Are
Roundtrip Emails is the registered business name of Jamie Hughes, a sole trader in Perth, Western Australia, ABN 30 360 909 791. This policy covers roundtripemails.com and the free Klaviyo audit you can request through it.
What We Collect
When you request the audit, the form asks for six things: your name, your brand name, your store URL, your email, your WhatsApp number and your country. If you email or message us, we keep what you send.
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It shows us how many visits each page had, how fast it loaded, and the browser, operating system and country each visit came from, without telling us who you are.
How We Use It
We use your details to get your audit to you. Jamie messages you on WhatsApp to get started, and the audit arrives within 24 hours of Klaviyo access. We also use them to answer your questions and to talk with you about your audit. We won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We use the visit counts to see how the site is doing and to improve it.
Your Klaviyo Account
For the audit you add jamie@roundtripemails.com as a user on your Klaviyo account. We use that access to go through your flows, forms, segments, deliverability and campaigns and to put your audit together, and for nothing else. You can remove our access in Klaviyo whenever you like.
Who We Share It With
We don't sell, rent or trade your details. They sit in the tools we run the business on: Notion, where your request is saved, Resend, which emails it to Jamie, Google, which runs our inbox, WhatsApp, where Jamie messages you, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Your audit is recorded in Loom and written up in Gamma or Google Docs. Some of these store data outside Australia. We would only hand your details to anyone else if the law required it.
Keeping It Safe
We take reasonable care to keep your details safe. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, though, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong. We keep your details for as long as we need them for the reasons above, and we delete them when you ask.
Cookies
We don't use cookies to track you or to show you ads. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without them. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a cookie to protect it from bots.
Links to Other Sites
This site links to other sites, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Once you leave here, their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for what they do.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
