Terms of Service
These are the terms for using this site and for requesting the free Klaviyo audit.
Last updated 8 October 2026.
Who We Are
Roundtrip Emails is the registered business name of Jamie Hughes, a sole trader in Perth, Western Australia, ABN 30 360 909 791. In these terms, we, us and our mean Roundtrip Emails. They cover roundtripemails.com and the free Klaviyo audit you can request through it.
Accepting These Terms
Using this site or asking for the audit means you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't accept them, please stop using the site.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed, so it is worth checking back.
Requesting an Audit
The site has no accounts to sign up for. If you request the audit, give us details that are your own and are correct, and only give us access to a Klaviyo account you have the right to share. The audit is free, and asking for it doesn't commit you to anything. Any paid work is covered by its own written agreement between you and us.
Using the Site Fairly
Don't misuse this site, and don't help anyone else to. That means nothing unlawful or harmful, no attempt to break, overload or get around the way the site and its form work, and no requests sent by a script or for someone who hasn't asked you to.
Ending Access
We may turn down an audit request or block access to the site at any time and without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
What We Don't Promise
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise that it always will be, or that everything on it is complete and current.
The results shown here are our clients' own and come from their Klaviyo dashboards. They are not a promise that your results will be the same.
Our Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from not being able to use it, or from relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, where we operate. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Western Australia.
